I was very pleased with the service that i got from "THE LIBRARY STORE". When I ordered the DVD browser rack they let me know when I could expect the delivery (several weeks from the order date) of the rack, the cost and that I would need help here to bring it into the library. The wonderful part is that I did not even have to wait for one week before it was delivered to the library. That kind of thing doesn't happen every day, so I was very pleased. I even managed to have it put together and filled with the DVD sleeves the very next day. I hope to be able to do business with "THE LIBRARY STORE" again in the near future. Pam Brett
