Ordering a Custom Product from TLS™ is easy...
TLS™ offers a variety of custom manufactured products. Please use the special custom forms below, to guide you through the ordering process. We want to be sure that you receive the precisely the product that meets your exact specifications!
Special Custom Order Forms are required to order custom imprinted products such as Engraved Signs, Custom Imprinted Book Pockets and Custom Bar Code Labels. The forms feature easy, step-by-step instructions so you can be sure that you'll receive exactly the right product.
All the forms for our custom products are listed below. Please note that we cannot process an order for a custom product without a completed written form. For your ordering convenience, you'll also find these forms on the "Specs' area on the product pages.
Just click on the pdf links below or on the product pages, download and print the necessary forms, and fill them out. Submit one completed form for each custom product ordered. You can easily place an order for custom products via phone, fax or online, however we cannot process your order until our customer service department receives your forms via email, fax or mail.
