If you are not happy with a product, please contact us. We'll do our best to arrange an exchange or provide a refund within the first 6 months after purchase. (Note that some suppliers will not accept returns on custom manufactured items. Please contact our Customer Care Department with any questions.)

We won't be Undersold!
If you see a published price from any other current catalog or website, for the exact same product, we'll match the pricing whenever possible. Just provide our Customer Care Department with a copy of the current ad.

Prices & Terms
We make every effort to hold our prices for the calendar year (January 1 through December 31). (We will honor current prices unless drastic economic conditions force us to pass along price increases. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and apply only to shipments to a U.S. address. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.)

We work with manufacturers from all over the world and can help locate the products that best meet your needs. If you need guidance on product options not shown, such as custom colors, finishes, sizes or accessories, please contact our Customer Care Department.
