High School Library with Ample Study Areas

Students and staff can relax and recharge in this beautiful library. The aqua and natural wood elements create a calming atmosphere while artificial plants bring the outdoors into the space.

The Nautlius Circulation Desk was chosen for the main desk space due to its customizable modular design and sleek modern shape. To the left of the desk are several cafe style tables and chairs for quiet study. Directlly in front of the circulation desk sits a grouping of Russwood's Nook Desks and Backrest Benches. This unique configuration allows for both collaboration and independent study.

Nautilus wood and steel shelving store the librarys' extensive collection of materials. The shelving is arranged to set defined areas within the Library and further organize the collection. Russwood's Curved Palette shelving becomes a functional and eye-catching room divider to maximize space and storage within a small study area.

The media area of the library uses Russwood's Palette Gem tables to create the ideal environment for group work. A large projection screen sits at the front of the area for presentations and lessons. A TLS™ Nautilus information desk sits at the back for the teacher to observe presentations, direct lessons, and observe group work. The media area is separated from the remainder of the library via a custom room divider.
