Semi-Rigid Option
Mar 26, 2026Switched to these after Demco discontinued their semi-rigid 2 piece covers. The 5 mil gloss is comparable and the best replacement I've found after trying Kapco (too thin) and CircExtender Xtreme (too thick). Somewhat easy application compared to others but I wish there weren't so many seams. The second piece which has the spine section has seam in the middle near the spine even though I apply from the far edge. I currently tape this seam shut so peeling back the flap during application isn't interrupted. I would also like to try the flexible matte option as it is listed in the description as 7 mil and might be a good in-between option to replace the semi-rigid covers we liked. But it is not available in the drop down to order. Please bring back this option or remove it from the description.

Aug 11, 2024Good product. Needs clearer instructions or a video for installation, though. It would be great to add an 11" height as well

great rigid protection for paperbacks - need 7.5
Sep 27, 2022I love the 15-mil rigid book covers for paperbacks. I'm miffed though because 95% of my paperback are 7.5" tall and all the paperback covers only come in either 7' or 8.5" tall. The 8.5" is fine for soft plastic that I fold over the book covers, but for rigid it would save a ton of time to have it me the exact height.
