Edison Robot Educational Kits are available in singles, multi-packs or class packs of robots, making them perfect for makerspaces and classrooms! Edison Robots engage and teach students while they're having fun learning about robotics, programming, math, engineering and other STEM concepts. Edison can find its way around obstacles, sense light levels, detect lines and respond to sound commands using infrared light and sound sensors. You can even program the robots to be controlled by a standard TV or DVD remote!

Edison comes preloaded with functions that are activated by driving the robot over included bar code cards. When ready for more of a challenge, students can download free software apps to create their own programs on a computer. Along Edison's faces are Lego® compatible plates that allow the robots to be scaled up into sophisticated creations, or even combined and doubled up for a more complicated system. Grades: K-12.
