Great Quality at an Affordable Price
Apr 27, 2026I love this book drop! I was looking for something a little more affordable, but still good in size and durability, and this book drop definitely met those needs! It was super simple to put together, my only gripe is that the screw for the door hinges don't fit PERFECTLY, but they still fit well enough! I may purchase some different screws at another point for the hinges, but other than that it is a fantastic book drop for the price.

Jul 20, 2023The book drop itself is durable, but the basket inside isn't. It's a wired basket you put together and a canvas bag is velcroed to it. You also have to attach wheels to the bottom. Sadly, the nuts fall off of the wheels and the wheels fall off. We also had to zip tie the canvas bag to the wired basket as the velcro didn't last. I'm thinking of using a laundry basket instead.

Great book drop, for the price- for lower traffic areas
Sep 14, 2021This book drop is perfect for what I need, a secondary place for students to drop off their books without coming all the way to the library. The inside is just a wire frame on wheels with a canvas bag, but it does the trick. I'm not sure that this will last super long, but it should hold up for a few years. It is a fraction of the cost of other indoor book drops.

Indoor book drop
Apr 8, 2021Nicely finished indoor book drop. We use it for an alternate drop location for students whose classes are too far from the library to return books easily. Fairly easy to put together with minimal tools needed. The doors don't match up quite perfectly, but they do close and lock. Manufacturer took a long time to get it shipped(Covid?) We ordered in October and received it in March. The Library Store kept us informed of the manufacturer's delays.
