Satisfied ...but
Aug 18, 2025I am very satisfied with the 3-tired tabletop display. However, one of the tabletop displays was cracked when I received it.
--Wondering how I should go about replacing it?

Unfortunatley that is a problem that happens with acrylic no matter how well we pack it, but we will be happy to replace it. Good Idea POOR Design
Mar 1, 2022TLS was helpful in taking care of me when I received most of items already broken. They quickly shipped replacement items (2 more than I requested). However, 2 of the replacements were also broken. The idea is good, but the design is POOR. There is a weak spot at the front of the item where the acrylic breaks very easily. Despite extra packing, my replacements were broken in the same spot when I took them out of the box.
