Excellent after ordering AC adapter
Mar 2, 2020This would not stay charged enough with only the USB connection, so we couldn't use it at first in the beginning of the day. Because of that we had to order a separate AC adapter. Since plugging it in to an ac adapter, it has worked perfectly. Works great for things like inventory and multi scan. Excellent customer service if you need help getting it set up. I use with the Atriuum system. I only took away the star because it does not come with the AC plugin or a handbook so customer service has supplied me with barcodes for the settings I use. It's been worth the effort though, it is a great scanner!
