Cramer

Throughout their 125 year history, Cramer's product innovation and growth have been driven by the needs of the American worker. In the 1950s Cramer engineers devised the concept of the "ladder bell", a retractable caster with a circular housing placed on a ladder to protect the casters and ladder legs. A few years later, a life-size version of the ladder bell became the Kik-Step®, the original rolling-step stool. To date, Cramer has sold more than four million Kik-Steps.
