Flex-Armor Pre-Cut Vinyl Paperback Covers    (Print Instructions)

• STEP 1 : Remove Flex-Armor book cover from liner. Lay on flat smooth surface, tacky side up.
• STEP 2 : Carefully position closed book, spine down, in center of precut spine area of book cover. Rotate front of book down on to one side of cover. Smooth with Bone Folder.
• STEP 3 : Repeat for other side, by rotating book back to spine and down onto remaining side of plastic book cover. Laminate tabs should be visible as shown in picture.
• STEP 4 : Open book cover. Firmly smooth down remaining plastic pre-cut tabs to inside of book cover. Repeat for all edges of book cover

• STEP 1 : Slip front cover (of closed book) backwards into the front pocket while holding Book Saver in place on table.
• STEP 2 : Crease cover along break-away score line and separate back pocket in a brisk pull from the top.
• STEP 3 : Slip back cover of book into back pocket by feeding it in evenly with thumbs...or...by sliding it in as in Step 1
• STEP 4 : Wrap adhesive end portion snugly around spine of (closed) book.
• STEP 5 : Pull out adhesive liner strip while holding overlaying end in place.
• STEP 6 : (Optional) To open card pockets push thumbnail (thumbs down) into center of convex groove. Grasp pocket directly below thumb and lift up.

Reddi-Covers in Sheets    (Print Instructions)

• STEP 1 : Remove center paper backing strip and place book spine on exposed area.
• STEP 2 : Peel one side of backing paper and turn front cover onto adhesive film. Smooth plastic film over front cover and fold excess film around front cover edge. Repeat with back cover.
• STEP 3 : Trim plastic along top and bottom edges of book.

• STEP 1 : Position the sheet with the small flap on the back cover.
• STEP 2 : Fold the small flap over the spine and press onto the book.
• STEP 3 : Position the sheet with the large flap on the front cover.
• STEP 4 : Fold the large flap so it overlaps the small flap on the spine and press covers onto the book.
• STEP 5 : Trim any overhang with scissors.

• STEP 2 : Wrap jacket lip over back cover and slide excess under the straps.
